As laid down in article 20 of Regulation 1924/2006, the Commission will provide a community register containing:

• Nutrient claims and conditions applied PDF, 40 Kb)
• Restrictions adopted according to article 4.5.
• Authorised claims for health properties and conditions applying to these
  • Health claims concerning the reduction of a risk factor of a disease (art.14.1.a) (PDF, 24 Kb)
  • Health claims concerning the development and health of children (art. 14.1.b) (PDF, 72 Kb)
  • Health claims based on scientific testing obtained recently and /or including an application for industrial copyright protection (art. 13.5) (PDF, 32 Kb)
• Rejected declarations of health properties and the reasons for rejection.
  • Health claims concerning the reduction of a risk factor for disease (art.14.1.a) (PDF, 24 Kb)
  • Health claims concerning the development and health of children (art. 14.1.b) (PDF, 52 Kb)
  • Health claims based on scientific testing obtained recently and/or including an application for industrial copyright protection (art. 13.5) (PDF, 24 Kb)

The register contains the stipulation in the regulations and decisions adopted by the Commission relating to authorising or rejecting the above claims, and which are found in section TYPES OF CLAIM, as they are published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
