Seminar on Food Safety in Zaragoza07/10/2010
Ana Troncoso, AESAN Executive Director, participated in the I Seminar on Food Safety, organized by the College of Pharmacists of Zaragoza, Zaragoza University, Professor Bernal Castejón and the Aragon Agency on Food Safety.
The presentation imparted by Ana Troncoso, dealt with Risk Assessment in the European context.
In this I Seminar on Food Safety, held in the principal hall of the Auditorium at the University of Zaragoza, were analyzed, among other issues, the evolution of food safety risks in Europe, with emerging contaminants occupying a prominent place.
Among the speakers who participated were also Arturo Anadón, Juan Jose Badiola, and more experts in this field.
