International Technical Conferences about New Perspectives on Functional

AESAN’s Executive Director, Ana Troncoso, inaugurated some days ago the International Technical Conferences organized by CARINSA Group about “New Perspectives on Functional Food Regulation”
These conferences counted with the participation of a large amount of assistants and covered the aspects of the Regulation (EC) Nº 1924/2006, with speakers from public administrations, from EFSA and from associations and companies of the food sector. This kind of meetings will strongly contribute to clarify the regulations that rule the functional food field and will give a boost to the innovation within the sector.
These conferences took place on Món Sant Benet, Barcelona.
