The identification/authorization number of industries is recognized by the acronym "Nº RGSEAA”, formerly known as “Nº RGSA”. This is divided into three parts. The first one consists of one or two digits and identifies the food sector; the second one is a numeric field of six digits maximum, in which the left-sided zeros have not identification value; and the third one consists of a set of identifying territorial location in Spain.

Thus, whether the left-sided zeros of the second space are included or not in the identification/authorization number doesn´t make any difference, when searching in Web browsers and when included in the labeling or accompanying products documents.
