• The following is unlawful:(…) Advertising directed at minors that incites them to purchase a good or service, taking advantage of their inexperience or credulity, or in which they are shown persuading their parents or guardians to make the purchase. Children in dangerous situations, without justified grounds, may not be presented. Error must not be induced about the characteristics of the products or their safety or about the capacity and aptitudes required by the child to use said products without causing damage to themselves or third parties.
