Advisory Council
The Consultative Council is the body of expression and active participation of Spanish society in respect of food safety. Its main function is to advise the management board and the executive director of the AESAN on matters about which its participation is required.
It must be consulted to draw up the Agency’s activities programme, to establish the mechanisms necessary to execute an integral action in food safety policies and also to identify the training needs of food control professionals.
